A Faith Filled Journal

This journal was written for people who feel trapped in difficult seasons that seem to repeat over and over.
Whether someone has experienced grief, rejection, childhood trauma, broken relationships, disappointment, loss, loneliness, or emotional exhaustion, this journal gently walks them through thirty days of biblical encouragement, personal reflection, Scripture, guided journaling, prayer, and hope.

This is not simply another devotional.

It is an invitation to heal.
If planning to hold this journal, chances are you've endured a cycle that seemed impossible to escape.

Perhaps your story doesn't look exactly like mine, but I know what it feels like to wonder if the pain will ever end. I know what it is like to grow up too fast, to carry responsibilities that belonged to someone else, to grieve deeply, to love people who were broken, and to keep moving forward when life felt overwhelmingly heavy.

My journey has included teenage pregnancy and teenage parenting, being orphaned by the age of fourteen, losing my father to HIV when I was just nine years old, and my mother at age 14. Growing up in a home affected by domestic violence and alcoholism, navigating marriage while carrying unhealed wounds, loving wounded people, raising children without the guidance of my own parents, facing discouragement while pastoring a small church, experiencing rejection as a woman in leadership, carrying the unique burdens many Black women silently bear, and wrestling with the question of whether I had accomplished enough as the years passed.

For a long time, I believed these were simply painful chapters of my life. But as I continued walking with God, I discovered something life-changing: what felt like repeating cycles became opportunities to experience God's sustaining love in ways I never could have imagined.
